Municipalities in this region will not issue a permit on a lot that ponds or sheds onto the neighbour. We design grading, infiltration, and SWMPs that match the soils we actually measured — not a generic 2% slope on paper.
Rock pits, soakaway systems, and low-impact measures are sized from permeability and seasonal high groundwater, then coordinated with the civil set.
