Slope Stability & Landslide Risk
Slope stability analysis, rockfall hazard assessment, and remediation design for natural and cut slopes in the Lower Mainland corridors and coastal mountains.

Steep terrain is ordinary in this province. We assess natural slopes, highway and subdivision cuts, and bluff properties against both static and seismic loading, then design measures that a contractor can actually build.
Legislated landslide hazard assessments have been part of the BC Building Code since 2006. We write them for subdivisions and infill so municipalities can sign off — identifying risk to the property, and risk created by the proposed work.
