Geotechnical Site Investigations
Borehole drilling, CPT, geophysical surveys, and in-situ testing. Detailed geotechnical reports for foundations, tunnels, pipelines, and major infrastructure.
A useful investigation is the one that answers the design question. We scope drilling and CPT to the geology — Fraser River delta silts, glacial tills, peat, or Coast Mountain rock — rather than a one-size borehole count.
Logging is done by engineers who will also stamp the report. Core is photographed, classified, and tested so the numbers in the appendix match what is in the ground.
